- Noises and loud music are not permitted.
- Do not leave valued objects in the cabin, be sure to close doors and windows before going out, the administration is not responsible for lost or stolen objects.
- Each cabin has space for only 1 car.
- Maitencillo doesn’t have drinkable water or sewerage, it is well water and not recommendable to drink, also please moderate the use of water because the cistern will get dry with exaggerated use. Do not throw papers or other objects in the toilet please use the bathroom trashcan.
- Pets are not permitted.
- In case of water pipe rupture or any other flaw please call administration, there are water valves under the sink and behind the bathroom.
- Lost keys or electrical key will be charged if lost, also any harm to the property.
- Check gas valves in kitchen before going out. We recommend using the general gas valve that you can find at the side of the kitchen.
- Check out is at 12:00 hrs.
